Brooklyn’s latest addition to Pacific Park, 38 Sixth, is now accepting applications for below-market rate studios, 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms in this 100% affordable rental building. Scheduled to open Summer 2017, 38 Sixth Avenue sits on the corner of Dean Street and Sixth Avenue in Pacific Park Brooklyn. Pacific Park is Brooklyn’s newest neighborhood, bounded by Atlantic and Flatbush Avenues, to the east of Barclays Center. The housing lottery for 38 Sixth’s apartments is now open to mixed-income applicants earning between $20,126 – $173,415. The last day to submit an application to the 38 Sixth housing lottery is March 14, 2017.
