For our gelato, cakes, breads, espresso and wines we use only raw materials from farmers who cultivate their produce respecting the land. We personally choose the ingredients within the Slow Food Presidia and small artisan producers from America and Italy. Each and everyone of us believes in the values of sustainable agriculture. Only these raw materials fill us with emotions. L„¢Albero dei gelati puts its heart and soul into what it creates and Nature does the rest. As good as Nature truly is.
