BACKPACK and SCHOOL SUPPLY Drive – until end of August!

We are working again this summer to support Camp Friendship and Imani House families. We hope to collect 500 backpacks with school supplies for families in need. Can you help?

Suggested items: Back packs, water bottles, note books, lined white loose leaf paper, small calculators, pens and pencils, glue sticks, pencil cases, blunt scissors, colored pencils or crayons, index cards, lunch boxes, rulers.

Here are all the locations where you can drop off supplies.

North Slope

• Lulu’s Cuts and Toys, 48 5th Avenue. Mon 12pm – 6pm (closed Tues) other days 10am to 6pm or shop online, select pick up and the items will be dropped in the collection box HERE
• Slope Vintage, 71 5th Ave. Daily 11am to 7pm
• O Live Brooklyn, 140 5th Ave. Daily 10am to 6pm

Center Slope

• Brooklyn Blends, 235 5th Ave. Daily 9am to 7pm
• Private Picassos, 237 5th Ave. Tues-Thurs 10am to 5pm
• Old Stone House, 336 3rd St. Fri to Sun Noon to 4pm
