The Park Slope Fifth Avenue BID is scheduled to host its annual meeting on June 24th, 2020 at The Old Stone House at 7:00 pm. Unfortunately, due to social distancing rules and concerns about the spread of Covid-19 , we will be unable to host a live meeting at this time. The annual meeting requires us to hold an election of our board of directors by members and this type of election is impractical at this time. We hope to reschedule for the fall.

However, we will hold a brief meeting of our board of directors on June 24th, 2020 at 7pm on ZOOM. On the agenda:

• An update on our activities during the pandemic
• A review of our financial standing at the end of our fiscal year (June 30th)
• A vote to approve our Fiscal Year 2021 budget
