The workshop content is as follows with plenty of time for questions:

  • Basics of business lending (the do’s and don’ts): What business lending options are available if you have been in business for 2 or more years, and what you need to do if you are a startup who may need business lending further down the line.
  • Banking management and security tools: Discussion of various types of business accounts and security tools that will be beneficial to small business owners.
  • Merchant services: What is available and to whom. A discussion of rates and tools for the job.
  • Investors community development initiatives: What Investors Bank do to help local organizations in terms of finances, volunteer work, and sponsorships.
