We are going all carnival this year. Come down to 4th St at 5th Ave from 4-6pm to enjoy stilt walkers from Tropical Fete, live music from Guitar Center, Bubbledad and Glitter Tattoos from Krazy Plus Beauty. Of course Santa will make an appearance and Carolers from Opera on Tap will be singing us to the lighting at 6pm.
