Wine NOT? 🍷😉 For tonight a great expression of Collio Friulano “Not”: the Pinot Grigio of Paraschos from vineyard Slatnik with nord-est exposition on clayey-marley soils with 30 years old vineyards!
Half of the grapes are macerated for 10 days on the skins and the remaining part is vinified in white and then assembled together and aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 2 years. A Pinot Grigio with great character and personality, floral, fruity and mineral at the same time.
