We produce and operate 16 blocks of public space open streets on #theother5th every Saturday for 6 months of the year and 7 day a week 4th street plaza open street. We receive a DoT grant that covers less than 50% of what we need to hire crew, buy street furniture, maintain cleanliness, buy safety equipment, signage and schedule programming.
